I’m sorry I can not answer 100%, you should check out a special Ford forum or even better ask a professional Ford mechanic. On most car models I replaced the tensioner on, however, it is like this before they are filled with oil pressure. They are not filled with oil before either, so in my eyes it looks normal, but can not say for sure for that particular model as my Ford engine knowledge is quite limited.
I think you should try another repair shop with another scanner to see if they can see any trouble codes, most of the time there should be an error code stored after the light has been blinking, but some cheaper code scanners are not able to see them. However, sometimes you just have to reset the 4 wheel drive module on these models if I remember right.
Yes, I would try to bleed the brakes again. It’s very likely that there is still air in the system. Try to build up some pressure with the brake pedal and let someone open the bleed valves and don’t release the pedal before they are tightened again. Hmm I think there is nothing to do in this case, other than trying to figure it out with the dealer or manufacturer, since the car is so new. I’m not sure about your country, but in most places, you will have the right to give back the car for some time, if it’s new and not working as it should.
Okay first if you replaced 3 starters it’s not a starter motor issue. I would recommend going to another mechanic. So this issue probably need proper diagnosis, but there are some things that I can imagine in my head.
1. Not enough power to the starter: Check the battery terminals for any corrosion. After you tried to start the vehicle and it didn’t, check if the battery terminals or the ground wire is hot (Warning it can be really hot). If it’s very warm, there is a bad connection there which needs to be sorted.
2. When it doesn’t start, try shifting into different gears between P and N, etc, a bad gear selector sensor could cause this and if it’s starting after you change gear – it’s very likely
3. The start button itself could be faulty.
I would start with checking for any vacuum leaks around the intake.

If the light bulbs had the same dim brightness, it sounds more like a ground issue somewhere. But it’s unfortunately difficult to say where without measuring the system and checking a wiring diagram. Check if there are any corrosion in the electrical socket to the bulb and if so, try to clean it and use some electrical spray 🙂
Yes it seems like there is a bad ignition coil on cylinder 3. You would want to check the spark plugs and replace them if they are worn. If there are separate ignition coils, you can try to switch the ignition coils on another cylinder to see if the issue is moving to another cylinder also. However, if it’s only one ignition coil for all cylinders on your engine, you need to diagnose it or replace the whole coil pack.
