I recently just replaced all the hardware and shoes in my rear drums including the wheel cylinders. I also replaced the front calipers, pads, and rotors. I bled the brakes after replacing all of it and when I turned on the truck to test them out, I had no brakes. ABS and parking brake light are both on. The pedal goes all the way to the floor. There were no issues with it before I started. What did I do wrong, and how can I fix it? Do I need to bleed the brakes again?

Yes, I would try to bleed the brakes again. It’s very likely that there is still air in the system. Try to build up some pressure with the brake pedal and let someone open the bleed valves and don’t release the pedal before they are tightened again.
