    westgate goes up and down all the time and makes a lot of noise. it moves even when i have turned the car off and makes noise for a while before it stops. do i need to change the turbo or turbo actuator? I get error code P2563 and P0047

    Judging by the symptoms and error codes, you have a malfunctioning turbocharger boost control position sensor. It sends the wrong data to the ECM, which is why your wastegate is acting unusual.
