    The power locks are not working in my 2017 Dodge Journey. The fobs, driver/passenger door handle sensors, lock buttons on inside door panels are all not functioning. Headlights come on and lights flash as normal but locks will not engage or disengage.

    I have replaced the batteries in both fobs, but I am absolutely clueless when it comes to electrical issues and have no idea where to start.

    This has happened a couple random times before but they usually start working again pretty quickly.

    Hey HandyMama0204, let’s start with the basics.

    – can you unlock the car manually (using a key)?

    – do you have a spare keyfob? Have you tried unlocking the car with it, maybe?
