    No electrical power other than manual headlights and it starts. First symptom was the radio started randomly started cutting off randomly.

    Check the ground cable between the battery negative terminal and the body. Take a jumper cable to put between these two components to see if it helps. However, this may need some more advanced troubleshooting of you have load tested the battery and checked all fuses
