Hey, looking for thoughts and advice on some broken heated seats. 2010 Lexus rx350.

obviously it could be a whole range of things. But wondering what is most likely and not likely, when the indicator lights on the switch aren’t working? The fuses are good.

I’ve read that if it was the actual heater, for example, the switch would still light up. I’m just as interested in what else it probably isn’t also! And what faults  in the system would cause the indicator lights to not turn on.
the dream would be that apart from fuses, the actual switch is the most likely cause and a good bet.

    thanks

I would anyways check if power is sent to the heating element in the seat. You could also ohm measure them to see if there is an open circuit in the element and ensure it measures the right resistance. If the circuit seems fine and there is power coming to the seat element, you need to check the fuses again and the heating element relay located in the fuse box!
