    • My 2008 Impala keeps reading engine hot/ac off. I’ve already replaced the thermostat, coolant sensor & sensor connector. Flushed the radiator & refilled with dexcool. It was working fine then started getting the engine hot message again. There are no leaks, & no noticeable issues with my water pump. No white smoke so i don’t think it’s a head gasket. What else could it possibly be?

Are you sure it’s really overheating or getting too hot? Maybe there is a wiring issue. I would try checking with an external temperature sensor when it says it’s hot 🙂
