Juddering in first gear – Kia Rio 2017

Hi all,

So my wife bought a kia rio 2017 1.25 a short while ago.

After driving it for a month she noticed the car would shake and almost feel like it was stalling when pulling away in first gear. It didn’t always do this but got more regular over time.

The garage kindly replaced the clutch and the problem seemed to have stopped but has starting up again and it’s a nightmare because it’s the newest car we’ve ever bought and it’s driving her crazy. We’ve only had the car three months.

Does anyone know of any issues with this juddering?
Do the lower power kia rios need higher revs to avoid this? (Revving at 1500-2000 revs when pulling off at the moment)
Is it just a nuisance of the model?
Does anyone else have this?

I’d really appreciate any info anyone can give as we just want to know if the car is safe or not!
