Power steering line install – Pontiac Grand Prix 3800 2005

Having difficulties installing new high pressure power steering line in my 2005 pontiac grand prix. I can get the one end that goes down under but can’t get the end that hooks into the power steering pump. My problem is that i cant get it to sit in there correctly to make the end level enough to connect. Its tilted because its not enough room for it to go on correctly so there has to be a certain way to run it
