Vibration noise at certain rpm – Kia sportage 2018

I am no car expert so i am seeking some answers on this forum but I have this kia Sportage 2018 and at certain RPM’s it makes weird sounds and it’s somewhat like vibration sound.

Can you tell if it’s coming from inside the cabin (like, from the dashboard) or somewhere from the engine bay?
Also, does it vibrate only while you drive, or it does do the same if you rev the engine while parked?
