Front brake overheating and sm – Audi A3 2.0TDI 2012

    Offside front brake keeps getting hot and smoking. Had it in the garage, brake carrier was bent, had it replaced, seemed ok for a few days, now the brake is overheating and smoking again.

    Any ideas?

    When you replaced the carrier, did you check so the caliper piston was moving freely, by trying to compress it?
