    Hi,

    I can hear a whiring noise from the hood when I’m on the friction point on the 1st speed.As soon as I press or depress the clutch the sound disappear. I presume it’s something in the clutch but I don’t really know.

    Strangely, it starts to make that sound just after the first turn with the steering wheel (right or left). If I go back and forth with the car the sound is never there. Honnestly, I don’t see how this could be linked but anyway.

    I just got the car yesterday.

    If somebody has a clue.

    Hey doyp2102,

    just to check – you’ve said it starts to make that sound just after the first turn with the steering wheel. Although I don’t see the relation between that and the clutch at first, but this sound would be linked to the power steering.

    Can you look under the hood and find a power steering reservoir to see if there is enough fluid inside?
