Air leaking sound in engine – Honda Civic 2015

My car has about 44k miles. I am the first owner. I recently noticed that even if my car is parked and engine is shut, it is giving air leaking loud sound from left side of the front hood around engine. I could not pin-point actual location. Area around engine is really hot but I don’t know how hot is normal. There is no hot engine indicator on. I have video but I don’t know how to post it here. I recently changed coolant and it does not have any bubbles. Engine remain hot for about an hour or so. Air leaking sound keep coming for about 15-20 mins after engine shutoff.
